The Innerdance Sound Journey is an Immersive Soundscape and Healing experience comprising of music, instruments and energy bodywork. It is grounded in science, yet it can also be a deeply spiritual experience. The process has the ability to rebalance one’s entire nervous system, reset the mind, open the Heart, let go of troubled emotions and release deep held anxiety or stress. It is known as a gateway to knowing oneself and reconnecting to ones authenticity.
