About the Training:
ABOUT JOURNEY THROUGH DANCE:
A Journey through Dance class is a guided transformational journey through a storyline or theme created to facilitate a deep journey into certain parts of the Self. It is a type of conscious dance practice where we are inviting the body to move in every moment how it feels called to move. There are therefore no steps and you do not have to be a dancer. The process is intuitive; allowing you to tap into a feeling and trusting space.
THE TRAINING:
This training is catered to not only teach you techniques and tools to become a movement, sound & conscious dance facilitator, but it has been created to help facilitate deep healing, the awakening of your purpose, your essence and the true Teacher inside of you.
Who could benefit from this:
- Practitioners, therapists,dancers and healers who are interested in this field and are seeking greater depth & resources.
- Anyone who is wanting to facilitate transformational movement, dance and sound healing spaces
- Individuals interested in their own personal growth and healing journey
The retreat will include the full training. There will include 3 x follow-up zoom calls.
About the Facilitator
Leigh Rose Goodman is a creative innovator, movement and sound healing facilitator, intuitive wisdom-keeper, sound alchemist and the creator of Journey through Dance.
She is well known for creating safe, supportive and transformative sanctuaries for people to come ‘home’ to themselves, to find their inner spark again, to heal, to release long-held tension and to return to their natural truth of who they are.=
Leigh Rose is based in Cape Town, South Africa and will be offering her training for the first time in Costa Rica!
