Private Innerdance Session, Cape Town

The Innerdance process is a powerful tool for Deep Awakening and Remembering of your body’s own intuitive wisdom and the true nature of who you are. For me, it can be the most primal, visceral and embodied experience of connecting to Source energy; or in Innerdance – we refer to It as the “baby-state” – going back to pure innocence… to the Nothing . It is a completely intuitive process – for the facilitator as well as the participant.

Whatever needs to be seen, felt, remembered, acknowledged, released, accepted., transformed or healed – this then comes through the body and emerges perfectly as the experience unfolds.

As a participant you lie down to begin and get guided into a surrendering process inviting the body to respond as it feels called to. The process is led by a powerfully crafted playlist, energetic bodywork, intuitive touch as well as sound priming through self-enquiry and instruments which take the participant into deeper states of release, healing and embodiment.

These sessions are intuitively guided and are led by what each client brings. I use various energetic and tracking techniques to bring up to the surface what is ready to be looked at and transformed.

Private Journey through Dance Sessions

A journey through dance private session is a transformational guided movement journey for a very specific theme (provided by yourself) that I then tailor-make just for you! if you are also having a consistent problem in your life, you can also share that with me and I will turn it into a Journey. These sessions are powerful if you have a very specific intention for what you would like to work with. Examples could be: Releasing trauma, activating your divine feminine, getting in touch with your softness, overcoming fear around X etc…

Energy Healing and Bodywork, Constantia, Cape Town

An energetic bodywork session comprises of a meridian and chakra balancing, energetic healing, shamanic healing, crystal healing and sound healing. My sessions have an emphasis on awakening and transforming stuck and negative energy trapped in the body, opening the heart as well as aligning and balancing the entire chakra and meridian system.

This is a tradition developed by Medicine Women of the jungles of Peru and passed to us from an unbroken lineage of Q’ero Women Shamans from Peru.

There is a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering. This lineage of women wants us to remember and reclaim yourself as a creator of life.

The 13th Rite of the Womb is a ceremonial and energetic transmission to heal your spiritual womb & reconnect you with the sacred feminine. It is a transmission of Divine healing, tapping into the spirit of the Earth Mother to support this truth that is so needed.

When one connects to their heart and womb; you have the potential to bring unique light to your family and community.

This rite is for women as well as men. Even though women have a physical womb; both men and women have energetic wombs.

In this session I will guide you through several processes and then I will transmit the Rite to you.
