This online training course includes but is not limited to, live calls, written content, recorded video, audio and music content. These materials may only be accessed and attended by you, the individual of this agreement. You agree that any materials may only be used by you and may not be sold or distributed.

To be part of this training, you are required to provide information about yourself in the “course registration form” which includes your name, email address, address and other personal information. You agree, that any registration information you provide will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

Your access to this training program may be revoked for failure to abide by these terms of service, or for failure to make timely and full payments to Leigh Goodman, for your purchase to be part of this training program.

NO REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds available for this training course. You agree to make timely and full payments to Leigh Goodman for the duration of the training. Leigh Goodman reserves the right to cancel your place to be part of this course, if your total payment is not received on the payment due date.

PAYMENT PLANS
You agree to your specified payment plan. When paying via payment plan, this payment is to be processed through EFT or Paypal. Unless discussed, failure to make payment by the time of the next module release, will cease your access to the training course until further time that payment is made.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Leigh Goodman reserves the right to make changes to any and all aspects of this program which may include without limitation, changes to the types and/or timing of activities available during this program, items and services included and the nature of the modules, in Leigh Goodman’s sole discretion. You will not be eligible for any refunds based on such changes.

FEEDBACK
You agree that Leigh Goodman has the right to use your feedback whether in the form of emails, surveys, comments, or discussions for the purposes of marketing or promotion.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
In consideration for participation in this course, you voluntarily assume full responsibility and hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue company, it’s officers, members, agents, contractors, employees, volunteers, guides and representatives, for any and all claims, demands, actions, cause of action and/or losses (including but not limited to any exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages, medical expenses, lost wages/income, loss of services, loss of profits, property damage, pain, illness and death), whatsoever arising out of any way related to your participation in this program.

INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, expenses as well as third party claims and cautions of action, without limitation such as attorney fees, arising out of any breach by you and any of these Terms of Service.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Leigh Goodman will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply to third parties any personal information obtained from you. However, Leigh Goodman may disclose personal information where contractors and service providers help us operate our business or provide a service such as assisting us to send out our mail. If Leigh Goodman engages contractors and service providers to handle personal information, we require these organisations or individuals to agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions and with strict conditions governing how personal information is to be handled.
